Electrolysis Services

- A valid credit card will be securely kept on file at all times whether you book online or call to book. This is required to book all appointments with The Bearded Lady. This policy also applies to first-time clients as well as for Groupon purchases. 

- We require at least 24 hours' notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or if you no show for your appointment, 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. By booking with The Bearded Lady, you agree to this policy. 

- All clients are held to a strict 3-strike rule. After 3 missed appointments or no call/no-shows, we require payment up front and in full for your service at the time of each booking. We ask that you please respect our time, as we have an ongoing wait list of dedicated clients that would love to take your appointment slot. 

-Although your initial consultation is complimentary, if the consultation is missed or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $95 fee will be accrued. Please understand that we strive to accommodate new and existing clients, and your Electrologist sets ample time aside for your consultation. 

 - We have a 30-day cancellation policy for all packages purchased - Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days.

- We have the right to refuse to provide any treatment to any client at any time. 

GRATUITY

Our affordable Electrolysis and Waxing service rates do not include gratuity. If you enjoyed your service, tips are greatly appreciated.
